At the time of his death, Bill Bowen was in the middle of making his own video series to expose the atrocities that CPS and the Family Law Courts are perpetrating. Close friends of Bill Bowen reportedly said he was going to meet an informant the night he was found dead, and strange that he was at a golf course because family members reported that he disliked the sport. Bill Bowen’s documentaries are titled, ‘Innocence Destroyed’.

A system corrupted by money

It has become painfully obvious that thousands of families are suffering, not just in America, but around the world. My intention is to empower the innocent families that have fallen prey to blatant violations of our human rights at the hands of a corrupt system, and to speak out for them, stand up for the their rights and demand worldwide justice. Will they attempt to silence thousands of us?

I am in good company with these heartbroken parents when I say, “I will never stop speaking out and standing up for my children! I demand the right to be heard. I demand the God-given fundamental right to raise my children in the ways I see fit.” The Fourteenth Amendment of the US Constitution is very clear about the fact that the state and the federal government do not have the right to infringe upon the sacred familial bond. The continual deprivation of our human rights is deeply disconcerting and worrisome. This must come to an end.

There are decades of documented history that display sadistic criminal behavior practiced by the very people that are paid to uphold these laws. There are thousands of children, parents and grandparents who have been needlessly destroyed by Child Protective Services and Family Law Courts all in the name of money! Yes, I said it – money. This is the incentive and motivation that has propelled a system designed to protect children, into what it is today – a system which is causing children to be subjected to danger and unspeakable abuse.

Instead of protecting them, the result has been the forceful removal of children from their loving families, and throwing them to the wolves – a deeply flawed foster care system where too often the children are abused on every level, including sexually, physically, emotionally and psychologically. Parental Alienation Syndrome, which is the result of not allowing children to give and receive love from their families, is said to be the most damaging form of child abuse. This is all done, “in the best interest of the child.” Seriously?  Wake up World!  This falls under the definition of crimes against humanity.

My story – Wendy Greene

Due to the fact that my case is still open, and my three sons are still vulnerable to recourse by the Riverside County, California CPS and Family Law Court, I will only state briefly how my family became a target of CPS and why they are still in the evil clutches of the Foster Family care system for over two years now.

Due to the fact that my oldest son is Autistic and sometimes violent, my boys got into physical altercations on a daily basis. My son hated school. He begged me every day to be able to stay home and wanted me to homeschool him. My attempts to do so were trumped by the school district that held the stance, that since he is special needs and on an IEP, I did not qualify to homeschool him. My son is anemic, therefore he bruises very easily, and has ADHD, therefore is very active. This results in the occasional bruise that resulted in him going to the office at school.

I want to make it very clear that I do not blame my son for any of this. CPS has harassed our family for the better part of six years, during which the allegations were continually unfounded and the cases were closed. One particular fight resulted in a slight black eye, causing the school he was attending to make a mandatory report to our corrupt CPS system.

What I now refer to as “D-Day” came on November 28th 2012. My children were taken out of their schools and driven to the local police station where they were questioned and examined, all without our knowledge or consent, or a court order. Investigators and a social worker came to our home and put my now ex-husband in handcuffs, then put him in the back of a police cruiser and was told, “This is for your own safety.” He was not charged with anything.

An out-of-uniform investigator, without a warrant, then proceeded to burst into my master bedroom where I was taking a much needed nap with my baby who had just turned two. He ripped me out of bed by my arm so violently that he tore my rotator cuff in my shoulder and caused a deep black bruise around my upper arm in the shape of his grasp. The investigator never identified himself and kept screaming at me to, “Calm down!” My immediate thought was that he was an intruder and was trying to kill me.

The report written by this investigator was full of lies in which he demonized and criminalized me. I repeatedly made attempts at asserting the right to remain silent and have an attorney present, but these requests were repeatedly ignored. They questioned me, my now ex-husband, and my children for the better part of five hours. They even refused to give me water after I made several requests. Finally, they arrested me for corporal punishment on a child and hauled me off to jail. They took my children and put them into the custody of what my investigations have uncovered to be a corrupt system. That day is where my nightmare began. Every day I wake up to this unrecognizable life, and breathe in and breathe out, telling myself to just keep swimming.

A friend’s story

Sadly, mine is only one of thousands of stories. Another story of CPS abuse that took place in Riverside County is that of a now very close friend of mine ‘LH’ and her husband ‘WH’. Their nightmare began after finally going on a much needed and deserved date night. Happy that their oldest daughter was old enough to babysit her little sister, it was the first date since their youngest daughter was born. While they were gone, a neighbor’s dog bit the baby and caused injuries worthy of a hospital trip. The older daughter knew the right thing to do and called 911 for an ambulance to get the medical attention that the baby needed.

When the parents returned home from their date, their children were gone and a neighbor informed them that they were at the hospital. Upon arriving there, they were met by a social worker informing them that both of their daughters had been taken into CPS custody for ‘neglect’. They fought the good fight for a little over a year.

On their first supervised visit they had with the girls, the baby had an obvious injury to her hand. The social worker explained she had injured herself while playing outside. Then the sweet baby pointed to her hand and told her daddy, “doggie bite!” As it turned out, she was bitten by the foster mother’s dog, the same cause that CPS used to justify removing the children from the parents’ home. DCFS social workers intentionally lied and were caught in the act by a two-year-old little girl. The good news is the girls are home with their amazing parents now, but the devastation that was caused by CPS is still affecting their lives.

A nationwide crisis

Just last week, Natural News published an article regarding Jeff and Tabitha Shoars of Avondale, Arizona. They had their 7 children taken into custody by the local CPS agency after the tragic accidental death of their three-year-old daughter. The judge has issued a gag order on them, requiring that they not talk to the media about their case. Arizona detectives have requested Genesis Communications Network, which syndicates Robert Scott Bell’s radio program, to be subpoenaed for the audio file of the Shoars’ interview.

The day before, Natural News published a similar story from Hot Springs, Arkansas. Hal and Michelle Stanley had their 7 kids taken by force for giving their children a natural mineral supplement. Yet another recent article talked about my favorite ‘street fighter’ – attorney Shawn McMillan. He has heroically filed a federal Class Action lawsuit against Riverside County, CA for removing a newborn baby from her mother without a valid reason or a court ordered warrant. My research has uncovered that this is not an uncommon practice around the county.

Additional heart-breaking stories include one recently published in both Health Impact News and Medical Kidnapping regarding the Oklahoma family of April and Josh Whinery. The Dept of Health and Human Services (DHHS) took all three of their children away due to a degenerative bone disease that runs on dad’s side of the family. The agency is refusing to test the children after repeated requests by the parents. Instead, they are being met with the threat of terminating their parental rights. Their children were taken on March 25, 2013, and as of yet no charges against them have been filed. But they are still being kept away from their children. To add insult to injury, the District Attorney bullied their attorney and scared her off of the case by threatening to take her baby girl if she proceeds to defend their case.

Victimized parents coming together

In my most recent endeavor in my nationwide protest against DCFS and CPS through the social media network Facebook, I have had the honor to meet Jules Czudar, author of ‘We Have Your Daughter’ and a recent guest on the ‘Wake Up Mission’ radio show. His courageous fight to get his daughter home where she belongs is an enlightening inspiration to myself, and others. I’ve had the honor of reading his book and endorsing it on Amazon.com. 

Jules and I have a lot more in common than our children having been unjustly taken from us. We have lived in Southern California and have attended Calvary Chapel. We’ve both had the pleasure of knowing the late Calvary Chapel pastor, Chuck Smith. In his book, Jules talked about having a picnic in Laguna Beach. His description sounds like the very same spot I picnicked at with loved ones as well. I am including links to his book’s website and his recent radio show as further incentive for families globally to stand up and fight for justice on our planet. A mother wrote me today requesting that I include her CPS horror story in this article. Kristie F. from Buncomb County, North Carolina lost her uphill battle to keep her three children safe from her abusive ex-husband. She is still fighting the court’s decision, and has been for over three years now. There are teachers that could testify for her to help bring her children home. But the school district put a gag order on them, which blocks Kristie’s pursuit of justice. This brings me to the issue of ‘Parental Alienation Syndrome’. Kristie’s request included information about national Parental Alienation Awareness Day which took place on April 25th.

International Criminal Court responds to request for help

An obviously proactive and courageous fighter by the name of Kofi Annan has a quote I want to share, “There is no trust more sacred than the one the world holds with children. There is no duty more important than ensuring that their rights are respected and that their lives are free from fear and want and that they may grow up in peace.”  Need I say more?

Child Protective Services in America and in other countries have repeatedly and undeniably turned their back on the law. They viciously attack innocent families in a way that is unnecessary – it is as if they are hunting rabbits with an elephant gun. The increase of blatant injustices practiced by this corrupt system has raised one red flag after another in the violation of the rights of parents and their priceless, innocent and harmless children.

Their illegal behavior has continued to harm the very children they are paid to protect. The chaotic and reckless way this system has behaved, their excesses and immorality, have caused irreparable harm. And their audacity to maintain their stance of “in the best interest of the child” is unwarranted and often a heinous display of truth-twisting exaggerations that are a far cry from reality.

When I was receptively embraced by the Editor of Whiteout Press, I must admit I thought about Owen Wilson in the 1998 film ‘Armageddon’ when he said, “It’s like I’m 98% excited and 2% scared. Or maybe it’s 98% scared and 2% excited. I dunno, that’s what makes it so intense.” I feel like that right now as I embark on this new endeavor, asserting my rights to freedom of speech and the freedom of the press.

I am expecting that the system that I have called foul play on today will try to make attempts to slander and discredit me, as they are pros at abusing their power. But they will never silence me. “It is curious that physical courage should be so common in the world and moral courage so rare,” Mark Twain.

I ask that you join us in sending an email to the International Criminal Court requesting that Child Protective Services be held accountable, and if warranted, tried for crimes against humanity. I have received acknowledgement from the ICC that they are looking into my claims. But I have been told this has been attempted before and failed. I am writing this and going forward because I believe that knowledge is power and there is strength in numbers. Will you join us in our fight?
