Eric Holder, Andrew Breitbart and the CIA Heart Attack Gun

March 8, 2012. Chicago. When US Attorney General Eric Holder was at Northwestern University Monday, he made a surprise announcement that while there, he would elaborate on the mysterious new White House program of assassinating American citizens.

It may be no coincidence that after months of silence over the top secret national policy, the Obama administration feels it needs to make some sort of explanation. Rumors and whispers have been circulating throughout the conservative right that the late Andrew Breitbart may have been the most recent victim of secret White House assassinations.

Andrew Breitbart was a conservative journalist and reporter that made a name for himself while working at various independent news outlets like the Drudge Report and the Huffington Post. He was also a regular contributor to publications such as the Washington Times, the Wall Street Journal and others. Taking his career in a slightly different direction, Breitbart launched his own news website titled Breitbart.com.

He may be most well known for his undercover videos documenting outrageous and unethical behavior and tactics by Democratic Party activists. He and his hidden camera played key roles in the Anthony Weiner sexting scandal, the resignation of Shirley Sherrod and undercover video of Democratic ACORN workers seemingly aiding prostitution, tax and welfare fraud.

Assassinating Americans

At the end of 2011, President Obama ordered the assassinations of New Mexico-born Anwar al-Awlaki and Samir Khan of North Carolina, both American citizens. With a drone strike in Yemen, the order was carried out and two Americans were dead, without charge, without trial and without conviction.

Waving the rule of law as his personal authorization, it was the first time in American history that the President of the United States publicly ordered the assassination of American citizens. With secret and sealed documents allegedly authorizing the President to violate the spirit and laws of the US Constitution, the President made it clear he now had the power to murder Americans and he intended to take full advantage of the new national guidelines.

Read the Whiteout Press article, ‘White House Assassinates Americans, Again’ for more information and a history of the policy.

Rumors immediately began spreading, and President Obama himself hinted, that the White House was developing lists of American citizens. Those ever-growing lists allegedly contain the names of American citizens marked for assassination by the President and his Democratic administration. Refusing to divulge any further information, President Obama would only confirm that al-Awlaki and Khan may not be the last victims.

Andrew Breitbart murder conspiracy

New York radio talk show host Michael Savage may have been the first nationally syndicated personality to pose the question, but he’s by no means the only one thinking it – “Was Breitbart Assassinated?” That’s the title of his written article and the topic of the discussion recently on Savage’s radio show. “I’m asking a crazy question,” Savage said, “But so what? We the people want an answer. This was not an ordinary man. If I don’t ask this question, I would be remiss.”

Last month, Andrew Breitbart announced at the conservative CPAC convention that he had obtained videos of President Obama’s early years as a political activist at Harvard Law School. Indicating that the videos would reveal damaging moments in the President’s youth that the American people have never seen before, Breitbart teased the convention crowd with the soon to be released clips.

Andrew Breitbart never did get a chance to release the videos of President Obama. He died suddenly of a heart attack on a Brentwood, California street one week ago. Since then, one heavily edited and choppy clip has found its way to Fox News and other media outlets. Only a minute long, the video shows a young, college-age President Obama addressing a group of Harvard students attending a ‘diversity rally’.

All in all, it looked and sounded like the politically savvy, modern day Obama only younger. One noticeable thing however, at certain points in the outdoor speech, the video mysteriously cuts and jumps to a part of the address a few seconds of moments later. In one instance, Obama was about to quote someone when the video suddenly cuts away.

Breitbart’s Obama video was only released in the last 24 or 48 hours and hardly lives up to the hype Mr. Breitbart gave it at the CPAC convention. That leads one to believe there is more. It also begs the question, what was cut out and why?

Heart attack gun

Picking up on the whispers of a government assassination of Andrew Breitbart, Alex Jones’ Infowars and Kurt Nimmo look into the facts of the case. Their analysis begins with the premise and statement, “Andrew Breitbart’s media empire undoubtedly posed a threat to the establishment.”

It’s been reported by some that Andrew Breitbart had long suffered from health problems and a sudden heart attack for the otherwise healthy 43 year-old should be considered a typical everyday occurrence. While not ruling that possibility out, Info Wars looks at the possibility that Breitbart’s death was in fact a government assassination of one of the administration’s harshest critics, days before he was going to release potentially damaging video of the President.

Back in 1975, a CIA whistle-blower blew the lid off of a top secret US government weapon called the ‘heart attack gun’. Operating much like a modern vaccine or shot dispenser in lieu of a syringe, the gun shoots a small, dissolvable projectile. The Info Wars article also includes a black and white image from the 1975 US Senate hearing into the matter showing Sen. Frank Church and Sen. John Tower holding up the secret CIA ‘heart attack gun’.

According to descriptions, the small projectile delivers a shellfish toxin that in 1975, was allegedly stored in bulk by the CIA. Once the toxin enters the blood stream of a victim, a massive heart attack quickly follows. The reason government agents reportedly use the shellfish toxin is because it rapidly dissolves in the blood stream. With the exception of the small, barely noticeable entrance wound, the death would look like a natural heart attack.

Eric Holder’s surprise explanation

Appearing at Northwestern University Law School in the Chicago suburb of Evanston on Monday, Attorney General Eric Holder attempted to provide information regarding President Obama’s mysterious and new-found authority to assassinate American citizens without trial or charge. Outrage and protest has slowly been spreading across the country since President Obama gave himself that authority late last year. The outcry grew even more once Barack Obama became the first President in US history to actually order the assassinations of American citizens.

With alleged legal authorization for the unprecedented power sealed and hidden from the eyes of the American people, Attorney General Holder attempted to explain his and the President’s official position.

ABC News quotes AG Eric Holder saying:

“Let me be clear: An operation using lethal force in a foreign country, targeted against a US citizen who is a senior operational leader of al Qaeda or associated forces, and who is actively engaged in planning to kill Americans, would be lawful at least in the following circumstances: First, the US government has determined, after a thorough and careful review, that the individual poses an imminent threat of violent attack against the United States; second, capture is not feasible; and third, the operation would be conducted in a manner consistent with applicable law of war principles.”

The Attorney General goes on to explain:

“The evaluation of whether an individual presents an imminent threat incorporates considerations of the relevant window of opportunity to act, the possible harm that missing the window would cause to civilians, and the likelihood of heading off future disastrous attacks against the United States. Some have called such operations assassinations. They are not. And the use of that loaded term is misplaced. Assassinations are unlawful killings.”

While Eric Holder’s statements as the nation’s top lawyer shed light on scenarios, times and places Americans would be assassinated, he still did not disclose where in the US Constitution or US legal code that power comes from.

Whether or not conservative journalist and activist Andrew Breitbart was assassinated by government agents using the decades-old CIA ‘heart attack gun’, we’ll probably never know. What we do know, and what is even more important, is that President Obama has given himself the power and means to assassinate American citizens. And while his Attorney General details perfect and specific scenarios where the President could and would assassinate Americans without trial or charge, the legal fact remains that their broad and unexplained policy would allow for the assassination of Andrew Breitbart. And as President Obama’s official policy shows, he doesn’t have to disclose it, announce it or even explain it.
