Crisis on the border

Make no mistake, on the issue of illegal immigration, President Obama and the Democrats are wrong, and the American people will prove that soon enough. While the Republicans aren’t right very often, they’re completely in the right on this issue and time will only prove that. Not waiting for Congress to act, the American people are voting out pro-illegal elected officials, with the powerful House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA) being the most recent.

They’re also done waiting for the Department of Homeland Security to secure the border and they’re showing up to do it themselves. Readers may remember the site of dozens of regular Americans, including white-haired senior citizens, blocking busses bringing hundreds of illegal immigrants into the US compliments of the White House and the Executive Branch. That vigilantism is going to spread like wildfire across America, especially if President Obama makes good on his promise to use his dictatorial powers yet again and grant amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants, including hundreds of thousands of violent criminals, drug traffickers and terrorists.

Democrats amnesty scam of 1986

The reason the Republicans are right and the Democrats are wrong is because America already lived out this exact same scenario back in 1986. Everything is the same except today we’re talking about exponentially more illegal immigrants as were granted amnesty 28 years ago. It was a simple deal – Republicans agreed to grant amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants and the Democrats agreed to secure the US-Mexico border and make it illegal for US employers to hire illegal immigrants.

The Republicans kept their part of the deal, but the Democrats lied and never kept their half of the agreement. And that broken Democratic promise is the number one cause of the humanitarian crisis and invasion occurring along the US-Mexico border today. It’s also the reason there are an unknown number of illegal immigrants and global terrorists, numbering as high as 20 million, in the US today. America’s borders are unguarded and wide open, and that’s no accident.

Democrats amnesty scam of 2014

Democrats and the news media insist there is no plan to grant amnesty to millions of illegals currently in the US. Showing their blatant dishonesty, President Obama himself has publicly confirmed that he is going to do just that with yet another Executive Order. Everybody knows it, including tens of millions of children and parents in Central and South America.

This time, there is no lie about securing the border or stopping them from taking millions of American jobs desperately needed by the American people. The Democratic Party mistakenly believes that if they allow Mexico to overwhelm America, the Mexicans will forever vote for Democrats and guarantee one-party rule over the US for eternity. What can angry Americans do? Not much. America isn’t a Democratic-Republic like our government teaches our children in school. Our country is a Republican-Dictatorship and has been since Abe Lincoln first successfully gave himself the powers of a dictator.

Anyone who doesn’t believe that needs to step back into reality and explain what an Executive Order is and why a US President can single-handedly enact laws, execute Americans and grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants with nothing more than his imperial dictate. President Obama has used more Executive Orders than any President in history, and many of them are secret and sealed, unknown by the American people but the law of the land anyway. While Republicans threaten to sue the White House if the President grants blanket amnesty, they have little or no ground to stand on and in reality, the damage being done to America won’t be able to be reversed with any lawsuits or laws.

Americans outraged and fighting back

Why can Mexicans vote in American elections, but Americans can’t vote in Mexican elections? Why can Mexicans collect welfare in America, but Americans can’t collect welfare in Mexico? Why are Mexicans guarantee a free education in America, but Americans aren’t guaranteed the same in Mexico? Why are Mexicans given free American medical care, but Americans can’t get free care in Mexico? Why are Mexicans allowed to freely pass back and forth across the countries’ borders but Americans are imprisoned?

Those are just some of the hypocrisies that have been angering more and more Americans over the years, especially since the economic collapse of 2008. When 150 regular Americans showed up on the US-Mexico border in California last week, blocking the highway with their bodies and turning back busloads of illegals headed to permanent residency throughout the US, it was only the beginning. A second wave of local citizens has set up minuteman road-blocking crews in other towns and the US government has announced it will no longer make the transfer of illegals into the US public, and instead carry out the entire nationwide operation in secret and by plane.

Congress Speaking out

Backed by a tidal wave of support and voter anger, elected officials on both the local and national level are speaking out publicly against President Obama and his seemingly heartless, careless and treasonous campaign of flooding America with illegal immigrants from Mexico and South America, including drug cartels, terror cells and known murderers.

“They should handle this problem in Texas,” said Rep. Ken Calvert (R-CA) whose district includes Murrieta and the successful confrontation and rejection of busloads of illegal immigrants last week. He reiterated that his constituents are, “extremely upset” and added, “I’m getting hundreds of phone calls. The anger is growing.”

Other members of Congress are also quickly jumping on the bandwagon. Attempting to head-off President Obama’s admitted plan of granting amnesty by Executive Order, a handful of Republican Senators sent a joint letter to the President warning him not to take that controversial step. The officials who confirm they also co-signed the warning letter include; Sen. James Inhofe (R-OK), Sen. Charles Grassley (R-IA), Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT), Sen. David Vitter (R-LA), Sen. Jim Bunning (R-KY), Sen. Saxby Chambliss (R-GA), Sen. John Isakson (R-GA), and Sen. Thad Cochran (R-MS).

The joint letter included the warning, ‘The Administration would be wise to abandon any plans for deferred action or parole for the illegal population. Such a move would further erode the American public’s confidence in the federal government and its commitment to securing the borders and enforcing the laws already on the books.’

President Obama to act unilaterally

President Obama appeared in a Rose Garden press conference to thumb his nose at Congress, insisting he would circumvent the process of government once again and fix America’s immigration problems by himself. “While I will continue to push House Republicans to drop the excuses and act, and I hope their constituents will too, America cannot wait forever for them to act,” he told the gathered press, “I’m beginning a new effort to fix as much of our immigration system as I can on my own, without Congress.”

“I take Executive action only when we have a serious problem, a serious issue and Congress chooses to do nothing,” President Obama explained, “And in this situation, the failure of the House Republicans to pass a darn bill is bad for our economy and bad for the country.” But President Obama and his fellow Democrats are conveniently reversing the truth. The Republicans acted and passed an amnesty law in exchange for the Democrats securing the border in 1986. But the President, whose sole responsibility it is to do that, never did. The truth is the Republicans and the American people are still waiting for Democrats to keep their half of the agreement. And the fact that they haven’t is the sole cause of the humanitarian crisis occurring today.
